Thank you St Elizabeth’s for making Dad’s final days and hours more comfortable for him and for the family. Dad, you put up a fight the like of which none of us could possibly have imagined. We will never forget your determination and although we miss you every single day, we will always strive to make you proud and to carry on with all those things you still had left to do...
